When the Walls Finally Came Down As the workshop progressed, something began to change. The conversations became more honest. People began to speak about things that had been left unspoken. Misunderstandings that had been carried for some time began to surface—not to create more conflict, but to finally be understood. People began to hear one another differently. And slowly, the walls that had existed between them began to come down. What had initially appeared to be a collaboration problem was revealing itself as something much more human.
